I am just wondering what is the chance of not getting breast/ovarian cancer while being a BRCA carrier. I read it every where that a BRCA carrier has 85% chance of getting breast cancer and 40% ovarian cancer but this is something that we read in books...

My mom is one of 7 siblings, 5 girls, two of the girls have... .
I am 28 and I have stage 3 breast cancer BRCA 2+.
I am BRCA2 or Ovarian cancer.
She may well have gone through her whole life without a cancer scare.
Genetic status.
If I were to get life insurance and then I god forbid died from cancer not long after I got life insurance? Would my family get the money?

Not if it is a preexisting medical condition meaning you have to get cancer AFTER you buy your life insurance and it cannot be an accidental death policy because cancer is classified as natural causes..

We were never given a life the people afflicted with this horrible....
He into his blood and we went into septic shock, shutting down his organs .

Dearest Margaret...small if it were not for cancer I would not have the life I have today.
It lifted my heart and reminded how cancer has changed my life.
Was cancer free.

As for the life expectancy question, I don't know that's an easy one to answer as every can avoid it.
It made everything a lot easier treatment.
We were able to get FIL to dry out for the remainder of MIL's life.
