Ok - I have a unique situation. My husband works nights and I work days - so we don't have a meal together 4 days a week. I still try to pack him a home-cooked type meal every day...but he never uses the microwave to reheat. So I try to keep all of that...

I'm a believer in having a well-stocked pantry, especially since most of my dishes are last minute! It helps to have a bunch of ingredients to pull from to make something .
