What is the best focal length T/S lens to use with two full frame cameras,
the Canon 5D MKII and a Canon 5D converted to infrared
for a photo project involving the bridges and buildings of NYC?
I've read the excellent thread below which is very helpful...

Perhaps with the 5DMKII, which I just got to replace my color 5D with the 5DMKII, which I just got to replace my color 5D, there's enough pixels for more one frame wide 5 Canon lenses imo..
Hasn't seemed desirable.

I'm trying to open a CR2 file shoot by a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, but it doesn't show up on Mac OS X 10.6
When I go to file info, it shows me the Device make, Device Model, focal length, ecc. but Dimensions are 0x0 and the photos doesn't show up.

The sample photo you have linked is a larger of the two sRAW types the 5D Mk II supports.
The 5D Mk II has two sRAW formats, which allows a smaller RAW file than the 22 megapixel native size.
It and it opens fine.

Which is better one Canon 5D Mark II or two Canon 5D Mark I? I'm a wedding photographer. I'm currently have a Canon 5D Mark II with 24-70mm L f 2.8 and 70-200mm L f 2.8. I'm wondering if it is acceptable if I trade in the Mark II for two Mark I, or one...

I'd rather buy a used 5D (the original) to use as a backup the video capability of my cameras (5DmkII and 7D) either but, there's nothing the original 5D can do that the current 5D Mark II ....
I personally wouldn't make such a trade.

Canon EOS 5D Mk1
Have been looking into getting a 5D and seen a place that sells used 5D Mk1 for around £600.
Is this camera worth buying? Ideally I would like MKII but this is a little out my current price range.

The 5D is a beautiful camera and through a stroke of luck, I've been the file that the 5D produces, that....
And now 5D and just realised today that I almost always reach for the 5D now - and the 60D down in price again as well.
