The L lenses are all....
None of these are cheap.
For landscapes 16-35mm F2.8L or 17-40mm F4L
For Portraits 85mm F1.8 or F1.4 or for a zoom 24-70mm F2.8L
For street you could go with something like a 50mm F1.4 or use one of the lenses above.

50L is optimized for shooting wide open (it is not the sharpest of Canon's money left over to spend on a different....
