Ok first the pain now I just cant sleep...I told the Dr he said take benedryl i did didnt work...any suggestions pls I wanna sleep

And I also need to wear earplugs when I sleep cause I hear everything when surgery I have not been able to sleep!! I'm an atleast 8 jr per nite kinda girl and this really on Oct 5 getting ready for bypass....
I can drift off to sleep.

It's the only thing that actually helps me sleep getting used to but I usually meditate about an ....
If you think you'll need to "go for it though but everyone is different I guess .
Tea with honey about 30-45 minutes before I try to sleep.

I dont know when they added this but I just hate it since when Im trying to sleep in a house and theres like a spider right outside and I cant sleep >.<. Basically I just want it removed.

I am 6 weeks pregnant, and SO SO tired all the time but cant fall asleep. I have ALWAYS had sleeping problems and took benadryl before I was pregnant to help me sleep , my doctor said it was safe to take benadryl, but I was just curious if it was safe...

Benadryl was on the list of approved things for sleep by my doctor, but of course I really really need sleep Sorry....
It's a sleep aid though, so it helps me fall asleep as well.
Unisom (one 25mg tablet) every night to help with m/s .

So just got through the worst as far as withdrawal is concerned, but sleeping is a problem, i used to take a high dose prior to bed and sleep like a rock... im really having trouble fallling asleep / staying asleep, id rather not take sleeping pills adn...

Im almost 3 weeks post surgery for bilateral with reconstruction post op and I can't sleep! I have Xanax but it doesn't last the night. Does anyone know the best sleep meds? Melatonin or Simply sleep work? what is the safest?

I've taken it through all of my treatments.
I don't sleep a WINK without it.
What does the HER2 negative or positive insomnia.
Emotional from lack of sleep and wake in the middle of the night.
