equity, I assume you're not planning to repay the loan? If this is the case, you could just set up equity stake.
If I own my mobile home free and clear of a mortage can I take out an equity line of credit or loan to consolidate my other bills? Is this a good idea?

In theory with their name on the deeds they could force a sale of the property but with no equity it wouldn't get them anywhere.
There's no equity so there should be no notional income either.
