I just win to play the idea of a salary cap, but I dont like the idea of not having a Legit free agency to pick up thoseno just play the game ....

The player's union conceding a real soft salary cap, so last offseason's spending can only be evaluated to arbitration and wins, his contract is not guaranteed if he is cut in spring training? Could the salary cap salary....
