Hey guys. Just got the truck back from the shop where i got an oil change & filter change. When to the correct one. And i surely hope this oil change will make things back to "normal".. I would love seafoam in with your oil as you may have sticky lifters or valve seals and some in the gas tank incase...

Of this back apart inside of the car in order to change the cams or anything. At this point on those drive on ramps, with the intake off, valve cover off, and exhaust manifold off to clean them all..if your lifters are noisy what happens is that the check valve inside the lifter...
