My car came up with a warning message last night say "check engine oil", was just wondering;
Where can I get the oil for at a low price?
Also how much oil should I add to it?

I think the MUCH bigger issue is not oil change interval or what type of oil....but LOW oil level. No one has ever blown an engine from wrong oil type. Splitting hairs. However, lots of motors die b/c of low oil.

The exception is if the car is driven very hard in which case it's possible to run the sump dry.

Good evening.... On my way home the check engine light began to blink and eventually the car began to slow down. When i press the gas the car would deccelerate. I was around the corner from home so the rest of the way home i could drive only at 15 mph...

Disconnect the negative battery cable from the car and after 5 minutes reconnect it, this should stop the light if it comes back on then you will have to check every thing.
