In brief. Bought the misses an Astra XP in April 2010. So nearly two years ago. Bought private, and had no issues since. Completed a HPI check and all was ok, no outstanding finince, write off ect.

BIK figures from? They seem low to me I put the expected car cost into the BIK calculator on HMRC%er LOL.

We have missed 2 payments and have arrears of 520.00 we only have 4 months left on agreement. We owe including arrears 1972.00. We have offered 2 pay arrears in full but finance company want to take us to court. Will we lose our car?

Can anyone give me an idea of how it works? It's been suggested to me by 2 car dealers and Santander is closed until Monday. I'm 2.5 years into a 5 year deal and owe more than the car is worth. It's very hard on petrol and I just can't afford it any more...

I am currently 9 months in to a PCP car finance deal with Citroen. With my deal I am to pay 36 instalments of £315.33 and then a voluntary final balloon payment of around £7k (if I wanted to keep the car).
I have had no problems keeping up with my payments...
