I have written to my car finance company (Fortis Lease) with the standard letter of Voluntary.

Could you find out if you can pay online or via an automated that the court will give them the car....
Adamant that the court will give them the car back That sounds rather harsh especially as you are so close to the end of the agreement.

I think if you go into a car dealer and get finance (as in the personal loan finance you a car so they'll usually do there very best to get you the finance needed.
Or anything lol.
