I get the same way these help and enjoy ur trip .
If this does not work then little if anything will .
Look outside the car and enjoy the scenery.
Anything which means you concentrate on anything in the car - no reading for example.

Providing the road isn't too steep, my 1.2 SXI, will quite happily sit at 85 .
But if you're not bothered then you can go a little faster .
If you want economy, stick between 60-65.
