My car has been at the repairers for just over 4 months now and they keep saying that they are waiting for parts from Japan. They could have built a brand new one in that time frame!!!
The car is on finance and I'm paying every month for the privilege...

I'm blaming the garage.
I know it's not their fault for the repair taking so long.
What car is it and what parts are needed? Might be worth finding.

I went to get an oil change and they came back saying I needed $535 in car repairs, serpentine belts, something with one of the back wheels knocking and labor costs. I am always leery of getting duped because I am female because it has happened before...

I wait til something falls off or tge car quits running and i end up calling a tow truck whilst I trust take my car in.

We've always kept our car repair repair, I'd probably go back to the old shop for a second opinion.
You just have to find them.
There that can save you a fortune.
