I just mix some OJ with my vanilla....
That way you get a hard spike of insulin.
I'm under the impression the simpler the carbs the better for the post workout carbs .
It is pure protein.
Cottage Cheese is not and does not contain any carbohydrates.

I'm somewhat new to this forum and was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 months ago. I've been doing everything to comply with a gluten free diet, but I still don't feel significantly better. I'm still having skin issues...

A varied balanced diet will most likely take care of the carbohydrates (& protein & ....
Calorie balance first.
But if the training intensity is high, it might be more or less right .
Seems a bit high.
Depends a lot on the intensity of the training.
