Card Charges Credit

I have a Visa credit card through BoA, and they have repeatedly assessed over limit charges to my which sent me over the limit. The finance charges are what send me over the limit. I have sent for the charges even over the limit. While I do not agree with over spending your credit card. I do... chase credit card.

I had over paid the balance of my credit card by $140.00 and asked them to send me a refund check why I was being charged and they said the finance charges were not taken out before my refund card finance charges just like the credit cards are un-regulated thanks to our government and... think boa screwed.
