Debit cardsLast time I checked in our area, Costco only accepted cash, debit cards, checks, and their own are accepted.
It's the only CC they accept.
Here in MA and NH, Costco has a deal with Amex.

Since you are reapplying you just apply for the card you want, would be no PC involved.
