I am looking for an Android phone that I can use in the US (preferably Verizon) and switch out the SIM card so that I can use it in Costa Rica with their local service (ICE).
Does the Verizon Droid allow this?
If I unlock the phone, can I still use it...

Even if you do buy a SIM-locked phone some carriers will unlock them for you in order to use the same....
Whether the phone you get will be SIM-locked will depend on who you buy it from.
Or be unlocked and allow any SIM.

If I currently have a GoPhone account, can I put my SIM card into any regular (contract phone) AT&T phone and it work? My So I guess if this sounds complicated will a Contract phone work with a GoPhone SIM card??

I have imported my contacts from my sim card to my windows phone but cannot find out how to transfer new numbers i put into the phone onto my sim card. How do I do this so all new numbers will be saved to my sim card? Any help would be great.

Currently, the only thing WIndows Phone does with SIM card contacts is import them to be coming in June, is supposed to add "SIM contact management" to Windows Phone.
