The Card Companies will never ask for your CSV/CVV (The three digit code, ask for the name and badge number again and hang up - call the number on th e back of the card on the back of the card....
And ask to speak to the person.

But they are just basic rules:
Are CVV:
Are CVV numbers stored? No
Does the cart support SSL? Yes
There's a lot more to it.
But people get uppity about PCI so much.
Be at the opencart general level.
