I never buy Philosophy shower gels on QVC...if I like the item enough....
HSN has much better shipping values.
QVC charges full price, never gives me a gift, takes a long time to ship on individual items.
And usually free shipping.

If the reason for the return is due to QVC error, select the reason for your return and there would be no charge they shipped the wrong item or....
In the event of exchange, it's charged to the credit card used.
Is deducted from your refund.

The Gift Card was not "your" money---it "came" from someone else's pocket.
