If you have been living outside the US for a year already, that green card is already gone.
Once you are out of the US for more than a year, your green card is deemed permanent home.

First of all, your first green card was denied and you were most likely put on Removal are only getting married to ....
But you have so many red flags to get approved .
You can apply green card again with new US citizen husband.

A debit card with you checking account is better and free I heard a lot about the green cards they are....
They are expensive, almost useless online and just plan silly .
Only a fool or paranoid person would take any prepaid card.
