Doing moderate/intense cardio first will fatigue your muscles and make impact on your cardio....
Then any moderate/intense cardio that you plan to do.
Then weights.
Warm up with 5-10 minutes of light cardio.
Then cardio.

That's the most fun cardio I do by far - you can do two hours on that one cardio done with no problems at ....
My biggest thing is having my that I use quite a bit .
I also really love Power 90 V-VI Cardio Intervals.

With my routine right now I'm doing Cardio on the treadmill everyday, Cardio days I do 1 Hour on Treadmill & on lifting days I do 30 mins on Treadmill & then lift. Will lifting & mixing cardio on the same day have a big effect on me maintaining muscle...

I used to lift and do cardio after.
If you do cardio first, you will be out of energy when it comes to doing weights.
Always lift before the cardio.
Lift heavy then do some cardio after.

First thing in the morning (6.30am today), I will do cardio pre-work.
Week or so I've started doing forms of cardio exercise again.
