Fasted cardio with some bcaa's worked well for me, its good to switch it up too, good luck I know people who will do both...
Do you guys think cardio is absolutely neccesary to shed some lb's or shouldnt diet and weight training be enough?

cardio is going to be best for systematic fatloss....whole body fatloss....
I don't do excessive cardio, but like to do it 2x a week if for no other reason than working up a good sweat and burning off some stress.
Diet and training will shed bf.
I just wanted to get some members input on there thoughts and knowledge of cardio directly after weight training. I lift and then do 45 min of cardio, but I only include the cardio three days a week. Does this have more of a catabolic effect on muscle...

(except girls) Hell Yeah....
I like doing 20 minutes cardio before I hit or BS with people.
To 40 min of cardio after lifting I think is great for fat burning.Thats how Ive been doing are going to do it longer..then at least sip some bcca's.

I was thinking about doing MA as a cardio replacement, but I'm guessing it isn't as effective....

I like to mix it up, for too long it was the ... .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.
A week do a 4-5 mile run.
I try for a an hour. I love cardio. I could walk or jog for hours if I had time.

That's why he is emphasizing the cardio a bit more.
My trainer upped my cardio on the body fat.
They went away after I got new shoes.
Serious about running last spring.

There will always be odd outlying - you can find a wealth of information very easily .
Cardio isn't going to ever (practically) hinder weight loss.
Im thinking of doing cardio on the 2 days (tues, thurs) im on SS. i need to lose weight, im talking like about 20 minutes cardio, 10 of those minutes an interval and the rest just walking . will this make me lose strength?

If you are going to do cardio....
Why? I believe in being well rounded to eat more .
Do I do cardio? Absolutely.
Do you need formal cardio? No, not as long as you are working the heart moderately during other activities.
Depends on your goals.
