I started a cut 2 weeks ago, eating 1800 cals and doing an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. The last couple of times I cut, I always felt like I was starving if I lowered my cals to 1500 or below, and ended up eating too much for a week or so. I am thinking...

Sounds good to me.
It's all about the deficit and quite frankly you will be in much better shape doing the cardio and improve your over all health.
I would say no it won't hurt a thing to increase cardio rather then decrease calories.

cardio is going to be best for systematic fatloss....whole body fatloss....
I don't do excessive cardio, but like to do it 2x a week if for no other reason than working up a good sweat and burning off some stress.
Diet and training will shed bf.

On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping a week.
A week do a 4-5 mile run.
Has anyone else tried this?? I'm addicted to it for whatever reason, it's a great pre workout for any bodybuilder weeks out from a show cuz its creatine free so you won't have to worry about the water weight, and it tastes great... I usually don't take...

On a diet of 1850 calories/ 182g proteins/ 162g carbs/ 45g fats should i be doing cardio? Im not sure since im already at such a deficit, and by lifting heavy, and with only 1 min rest periods, doing cardio i feel would put me at a huge deficit. I eat...

There will always be odd outlying - you can find a wealth of information... .
Calories in vs calories outCardio isn't going to ever (practically) hinder weight loss .
More food on a cut, nothing wrong with that! Cardio can help with fat loss.
Im thinking of doing cardio on the 2 days (tues, thurs) im on SS. i need to lose weight, im talking like about 20 minutes cardio, 10 of those minutes an interval and the rest just walking . will this make me lose strength?

Am I the only one who feels that since taking gear your cardio suffers? I've been trying to do more, but can't even do as much as I use to know 4 weeks in. I run out of breath or breath heavier a lot quicker. Anyway to combat this?

Age? Both cardio and diet, early moring fasted am and very little carbs pm is a good start.
I've read about figure competitors (I am really interested in doing a comp one day) and some say they do all this cardio...some said up to 3 hours a day. I am asking....WHY? Cant you just lower your calories and not have to do nearly as much?

Do they need to do 2x cardio Garcia will say she doesn't feel right until she's done an hour cardio in the morning (on a normal day 30 minutes to an hour of cardio....
Many come from gymnastics/sports backgrounds since early childhood).
