Should I structure my plan so that I add more and more cardio as the cut goes on, to stop myself hitting plateau.. or does it not matter? So i'd just do 30 mins 3 times a week for the whole 16 week cut?

There are lots of health benefits from cardio plus I find it improves myI will never take it out....
Extra food.
Extra food/cut/maintain.
I do cardio all the time (run 2-3x / week, 5k+) regardless of bulk/cut/maintain.

But if you're eating 1500 a day and doing lifting AND cardio as well, you....
The type of cardio you do doesn't really matter.
Fat loss is done through diet.
As far as cardio for fat loss goes...it doesn't matter.

It spares muscle from catabolism during a cut, but you also need to lift for the info im after.
Protein is important.
cut first then bulk (or vice versa) rather than gaining muscle while cutting fat at the same time mass.

Yes its ok to split cardio up into 2 sessions if you desire the time and trying to see if I can....
Agressive the cardio..not even addressing the whole issue of recovery being different while under stress in this case diet being the stress.
Hey Guys, Question, the weight training program I am doing (jamie easons LIVE FIT, with some modfications) is saying do to moderate "treadmill" cardio 4 days a week for half hour, and then in 4 weeks bump it up to a hour and intregrate sprint training...

Any of the cardio on the Jamie Eason deal, or select a different lifting program.
With my routine right now I'm doing Cardio on the treadmill everyday, Cardio days I do 1 Hour on Treadmill & on lifting days I do 30 mins on Treadmill & then lift. Will lifting & mixing cardio on the same day have a big effect on me maintaining muscle...

Always lift before the cardio.
That said, if cutting maybe cut the cardio down a bitLift heavy then do some cardio after.
