I have no idea where to start. Never worked out before.
All I know to do is normal pushups and sit-ups. I don't know anything about sets or anything like that. I can do 18 pushups straight, and 40-60 situps.

It spares muscle from catabolism during a cut, but you also need to lift for the info im after.
Protein is important.
cut first then bulk (or vice versa) rather than gaining muscle while cutting fat at the same time mass.

10 hours a week!....
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping a week.
I like to mix a week do a 4-5 mile run .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
Min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.

If I'm not worried about dropping some lean mass I'll cut calories and up my cardio for a fast jump I'm having to cut....
I didnt always follow my diet to a T but continued to lose .
I think the cardio helped me cut the most.

Although I always did cardio empty stomach first thing in the morning I was always concerned about the fact that it can be or its too catabolic. What u guys think? Thanks

In a perfect world weights and cardio seperate, one in morning and one in evening.
Unless you're obese and need to get that bf down would I ever recommend cardio on an empty stomach.
