The fillets I had for breakfast the other day were tilapia.
Two firsts,fish for breakfast and trying tilapia.
Almost three firsts as I rarely eat fish.
Not a strong tasting fish at all.
At least it wasn't after a couple of rum laced coffees.

For offshore fish fish, I love speckled trout and flounder....
I prefer saltwater species.
My family loves it.
Tilapia that we get here is almost always farm raised and is almost too mild for me .
Living on the coast, of course I love fish.
