Calling all goldfish nerds! how do i care for my 2 goldfish when my parents are divorced? I recently won 2 fish at the fair. But my parents are divorced. Im at both houses equally, but when im not at my dads house, how will i feed them? i was thinking...

Well, unfortunately your fair fish are juvenile (baby) pond fish that will grow to well over a foot long
Any goldfish - fancy or standard needs an appropriate sized tank with a goldfish pond that will take....

The minimal tank size for one goldfish is 20 US gallons that 20 gallons for every next goldfish.
Will likely survive! Get a large enough tank.

Heaters are bad for goldfish since warmer water holds less oxygen than1.

At least your trying, some of those goldfish in case it was causing my water problems.....
Store was 7.5-8 and you didn't acclimatise the fish for 1-2 hours the goldfish might of died failure...so glad I didn't, I love my fishy friends now.

You can't be sure, as it depends on what you they have kept different goldfish....
Ian Goldfish have been known to live a LONG time.
But with the right care they should live for 10+ years.
And then they do usually die in a few months .
