What personal care items are available in resort stores? We might fly in with carry-ons only. Which means no razor. I don't like using disposable razors - they cut up my legs too much, so I'm curious if I can purchase a real razor at any of the resorts...

In the actual rooms you will get shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and sometimes... .
I do this all the time.
You can also take any shaving cream that's under 3oz .
There is nothing wrong with that.
You're allowed to take a razor on the plane in your carry on .
