Jaeger was my only experience with a Czech dog, so I will give my opinion on what his temperament was like..
I think at least one of Jaeger's parents was 100% Czech, and the other was 50/50 DDR (Or West German working? Not sure. There's a possibility ...

Re: Dogs outside? I think people tend to react that way because they feel like a dog should be part outside dog.
