I have always stuffed the turkey and if there was any left over just baked it. The feeling here is that it is moister if in the turkey. But, I would really prefer to just bake it separately. So, all of you who are much better cooks than I---tell me what...

This year I am thinking of baking cooked the stuffing in the turkey - and if there has been too much for the bird's cavity I have in the casserole, so it absorbs some....
About the turkey carcass/bacteria thing with stuffing inside the bird.
