I'd never had bread pudding before and the waitress gave us a free one for some reason, after we said we were to ful for dessert and... had never tried bread pudding before. It was so good that we couldn't stop eating it!
It had a carmal sauce on top ...

The meat had.
Last year, I overcooked a turkey it was reheated gently in the oven (it was ready by noon), the turkey was super moist and tender.
That with brining, the leftover meat is always still pretty moist .
