Is there any laptop manufacturer that allows you to create your own laptop casing? Instead of a boring black laptop, for example, maybe you could upload an image that would then be the the color of the casing.

Seller agreed to refund UNTIL further, that was more or less what happened... .
laptop was overheating when OP got it.
Escalated the case for revision in the moment he received the laptop, probably he'll try to get away as info is missing.
