Hi all! I've just recently discovered my little one needs a GF/CF diet (in other words nothing cheap!). I even learned our regular soy milk and ketchup have traces of gluten in it! So we switched to an organic brand. I seem to find most organic brands...

I don't follow a casein free diet so I can't help you there! puggsmuggler is also gluten free.
Thanks! Pretty much stick to meats, veggies and fruits.

Hi,
we found out that ds has intoleramce to gluten (not casein). He does not like the freefrom chocolates. His favourite one is Kinder chocolate. Does it contain gluten? Are there any other ordenary brands free from gluten?
Any advice apreciated. Thanks...

I decided to test my casein reaction 2 days ago. I never was confirmed to have a casein allergy so I wasn't sure if it was that or lactose. I know now that I can't handle casein. It caused cold sores, a migraine, knee...

Have been gluten and dairy free for a year or so, tried lactose free but the GI symptoms were just the same.
Having been unable to find anything online about this I thought I'd ask here if anyone who was once casein intolerant...

So, long story short my little guy is down to 3-4 foods he'll eat---udi's bread (plain), apples, occasionally chips. Shredded roast beef (bought certified organic, ets.) is very hit and miss---I've tried every method to try to get him to eat with no luck...

Gluten could very well be the problem, but the only way to know is to go gluten-free and see how you feel. If going off of gluten doesn't change things (although I think it will), see the immunologist and continue trying to figure out what's going on....

Gluten is hidden in A LOT of foods at the start of GF and other times didn't know gluten was in certain things...I haven't completely to read each and every label....
Casein can also cause problems for a lot of people.
