My 2005 Casita, in perfect condition, has been up for sale for two weeks. A potential buyer today looked at it and remarked that he talked with the Casita people in Rice, Texas and was told that the value of a 2005 used Spirit...

I thought the price was too high, but I wanted a Casita and used ones in my area were very hard to find.

Hi all,
Would you need electric brakes to pull a 17' spirit standard (no bathroom) with a v6 4runner? Casita site says dry weight is 2210 and hitch weight is 295. Casita people said maybe, maybe not, and mechanic said maybe,...

We sold our 98 Casita.
I had seen a Casita at an Earthdog trial years ago% of the changes people make is "want to" not "have to".
"Turn Key" is word...Ok, that's two words.

Again the life life expectancy was a great deal more reading all of your rave... .
What we came to realize was that the Casita loses value so slowly over the depreciation on the Casita was less of an issue.
For a used Scamp or Casita.

Just spent night 1 of 10 here at the Casitas and the best way to explain it is W O W !!! Stayed at Secrets Maroma last year and if Secrets is a 5* then this has to be a 10* star. I will try to keep posting and answer any questions I can ,but remember ...

I have seen posts selling a Casita that say "the Casita is insulated". Does the "rat fur" on the walls and ceiling constitute insulution?
