Yes you will feel yourself again once the drug is completely out of your system. When I went off it I had withdrawal symptoms for about a week.

The withdrawal from the hydro is nothing compared to the oxy, but I have absolutely no energy.
And I will be the first to tell you that the withdrawal from going cold turkey on that was the worst pain I have ever.
