Also you burn around 1700 calories from sleeping so if you sleep all the time this explains the weight loss .
You are under eating in this case.
The average person should be eating 2000 to 2200 calories per day .

Is mental/body stress the cause for many dis-eases? Stress is pressure, pull on a string and if pulled hard enough or add enough stress and it will break. So, is it fair to assume that enough stress from bosses, bad relationships and negative thinking...
