Welcome! I eliminated obvious some trigger foods, where I got a big migraine shortly after eating something.
I will say I felt soy aggravated headache in me, though not sure it gave a migraine... I eliminated it for another medical condition I have-IC...

Do get your ferritin checked & let it being a cosmetic issue, though, as it is a health issue, even though the cosmetic issues it causes that I could be....
To avoid the nitrate/nitrite foods and more due to migraine triggers.

I get this from time to time and have anxiety. I've even had a nuclear Nuclear ventriculography stress test . . . results normal. I also get the pains in my left and right chest and lower abdomen, but it always goes away. Eat light until it passes.
