That is certainly a good start.
Don't take anything they say over the phone as being correct .
Ask them for the information in writing form and then contact Samsung with the information .

I had a similar problem, it was a GFCI gone bad? I have been up there since I posted this and there was in fact a GFIC behind his bench .
