Don't take anything they say over the phone as being correct .
Ask them for the information in writing form and then contact Samsung with the information .

Old tractors also have the dynamic that some want....
That's why it tends to be a hobby, when folks try to make it a business it really changes the dynamics .
Most people end up with more money in an old tractor or car, or truck, or Airplane than it's worth .

Pending review it will get reversed.
Valve suspends payments that issue chargebacks because in 99% of such incidents they are fradulent purchases which is why the account gets flagged .
