Hi guys,
My wefe and I am planning a trip to Ajanta-Ellora-Aurangabad-Mumbai from Kolkata in end of December 2012 for 7-8 days.
Can anyone suggest a tour itinerary along with places to stay and mode of travel ?

I am planning for a 5 days tour to Maharashtra from Chennai,
We are planning to cover Shridi, ajanta ellora, lonavala.
Day 1: Chennai to Pune - by flight and Pune to Shridi by cab
Day 2:
Day 3: lonavala
Day 4: lonavala
Day 5: Back to Pune and back...

The caves are no doubt.
Also you visit the jyotirlinga temple Grishneshwar which is very close to the cave: not as impressive as Ellora and Ajanta but historically also very interesting.
