Anyone know about cctv?? I'm having a bit of a vandalism problem so was thinking about CCTV. It's not worth spending a fortune on so I'm looking for a budget system. I know absolutely nothing so any recommendations/pointers would be appreciated.

To get decent identification from CCTV will mean you will have to spend a fortune, as even mid range to do things properly buy a decent....

Has your DVR got a webserver onboard? If so most apps will work fine .

CCTV does help you, there are no more incident happen.
Installing just a CCTV at home is not much useful unless you have someone 'guide' your house 24hrs motion detector as that can make a distinction between humans and pets...
