That is the question. Lots of people love building theme teams. Even if you had no incentive to build one, you would anyways.
Like before X-Men became one of the best theme teams, people would still love making their little X-Men army even knowing it ...

We are trying to change things up at work for birthdays. We used to all bring in food in to celebrate. It was fine when there were 5 people in my dept but now there are 10 people and it's too much.
What do you all do to celebrate with your department/...

And we decided on a theme every month, then on the 15th or somewhere close, we had a little mini birthday on one day and everyone brings in food.
