Wife and I are unable to send picture messages via our iPhones when connected to our 3G MicroCell. We can send regular text messages just fine, but MMS will not work.

The problem is the micro-cell lacks problem??? Sending MMS was never a problem for us for most of our time with the Microcell you are connected to the micro-cell....
Router and set the QoS of the microcell to the top of the list.

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of the watch. .
That means they won't have any tech support for it .

Is there a setting to disable cell data connections but allow the phone to work for voice? I can go into Wireless Manager and 'Disconnect Cellular Data' but I'd rather not have to do that constantly. I want to set it and forget it. I just want to use ...

All you need in an unlocked quad / four bands GSM capable cell phone.
If you buy an unlocked phone in Europe I am not quite sure that mms and internet data will...

And I am pretty much aware about European cell carriers, how they work just just buy a very cheap Pay-As-You-Go cell phone with my current carrier, add $ 200 on it and tell and I would rather rely on something more....
