Met with the sleep lab doctor on an initial consultation yesterday, wanted to share my experience
. Dr took it and read over it, asked me a few questions, and said the following:
1. Based on your
of pajamas you have to wear to sleep, you can always take that mask off and leave the machine behind

Just saw a sleep specialist doctor and I will soon be doing a sleep study. Just by looking at my
to need to use a CPAP machine.
How is sleeping wearing one of those? Is it hard to get used to? Im
to it you can't sleep without it. Same with the mask, in about a week you'll never leave home

Hi, I know there are several people here who either have sleep apnea themselves, or have a SO who
are not just affecting our sleep, but our entire relationship.
Doctor has ordered a sleep study
, was that they woke me up at 1:00 am to put a mask on me and again at 6:00 am to leave.
