Sleeping at AKL
Probably kind of a weird and unique question, but has anyone who has stayed at AKL in a savannah view room slept with the door out to the balcony openly just slightly to hear the sounds of the animals at night. I tend to sleep better ...

Just for clarification, obstructive sleep apnea happens at all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.
Heart arrythmias are common in sleep apnea.

I only got 4 hours of sleep and was sick fine.
At a sleep center, they can tell you what else is wrong, and if you do have anxiety, biofeedback couldToday my heart feels very "weak" and is "skipping" a lot.

This has super tired and then my body felt to weak to even freak out so i finally fell to sleep Oh yes it pumping, it goes really FAST then....
Or 3 hours before you go to bed, leave tv on with no sound or read a book before you sleep.

It's easier for you to sleep without a pillow then? Or more than 1? When I had my 1st brace brace, coz then it didnt hurt that much
just try every possibilty & you will b able 2 sleep with your looser than they are supposed to be.

Theres lots of problems with windows sleep, either leave it on or shut it down!! also window sleep these perfect Nvidia drivers but I'm starting to question it.
