The winscreen sticker comes from a roll not the certificate from a roll it came from the receipt....

All marriage certificates are certified copies technically speaking, the original stays in the records of where you got married.

You just have to go to the "Oficialia de Estado Civil" .There are 2 in Puerto Plata one in 12 de julio street and one in Beller street and have some patience as it is always packed with people .
