By examining the images, it appears they both naturalized on the date provided....
To click the listing and THEN 'view image' otherwise it shows a certificate of the same name' naturalization index cards look very much like my GGF's.

I need to replace my lost green card, but I am eligible to apply for a citizenship, my question is, should I replace my card and pay $450 for card replacement and then apply, or is there a way not to pay the hefty and fee and still apply for citizenship...

So I believe you need to have your card but to double check you have to get your lost green card replaced before filing for naturalization.
