I don't using some searching algorithm, so if the certification is not listed in text somewhere on the Resume, it may not get indexed as having a certification....
Just write the name of the certification.

Is there any certification aimed at Asp.net MVC developers?
Either from Microsoft or any other vendor?
EDIT :

I completed ASP.NET 2.0 web development and WPF 3.5 certification. Next I'm planning to do certification in webservices. Which one is best among 529 (distr apps) and 503 (wcf)? Between 2.0 / 3.5 which is best for career growth and jobs?

As someone who conducts interviews, it is being honest to let you know that certifications are only marginally part of consideration.
I would suggest 503 (WCF) as far as "career growth and jobs" is concerned .
