Would you rather carry a handgun chambered in 10MM or a revolver chambered in .357 for self protection?

The 10mm is ammo is more expensive, possibly affecting the amount of training and ... .
The .357 can shoot equally powerful rounds if necessary, and has the added benefit of using .38 spl ammo .
Mm has too much penetration, even with expanding ammunition.

Two, ammo availability.
I can fire full power .357 Magnum ammo as well as .38 Special and in the case of a Ruger Blackhawk with the appropriate cylinder, 9mm .
One, it is more versatile.
I would take the .357.

A guess is a chamber shoulder not deep enough in just one chamber....
Measure the chamber mouths with a caliper and see if there are any dimensional differences between them.
Is there leading in that cylinder? Leading will cause issues .
