It's about 2.:30 hrs by car and 4:45 by train. Use the timetable search engine on http://www.bahn.co.uk . Interlaken is only 20 minutes further and to be honest even nicer. (By that I mean the surrounding scenery...

A Chamonix no puedes acceder en coche, tienes Chamonix a Zermatt pasarás por Martigni y Sion, esta última ciudad tiene un casco viejo que merce Helbruner y de alli se puede tomar ....
