This is the first time I have posted anything on here. I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter and have been ttc baby no 2. I had a blighted ovum in oct last year and had to have a D and C. We waited 3 months as suggested by my Dr then fell pregnant...

My chances go way down after 35 plus the fact that I had 2 consecutive miscarriages.

Is to be open and honest with HR about your miscarriage and say to them that you are happy to provide...my friend 27 weeks pregnant, also had a miscarriage last year (around Nov too), she was one understand and can sympathise.
