If you miss....
With most pills (yours will have it's own specific info) if you miss 1 pill, you take 2 pills the next day and are still considered protected.
I'd say your chances are very slim of being pregnant.

If you are talking about the morning after pill....
What pills are you talking about? If it is the contraceptive pill then they have to be taken same time every day and if you miss one you are not protected for the next 7 days.
