I had some exhaust leaks i got them fixed what lead to it was that my car sounded like it was almost like it was missing sound coming outta both pipes i have a bassani and magnaflow catback ive changed my plugs they looked good at the time of me changing...

I had e-cutouts on my last truck, a hemi. However, I did it all wrong, so it was an expensive lesson when I got it ready to sell. I had the y-pipes for the cutouts welded in the place of the cats, and donated the cats to my muffler guy (doh). Fast forward...

I don't think gas mileage will get any better it would probably sound....
The cutouts would response being that the exhaust is flowing more freely.

That speed and of course you can hear it best with-out all the wind and exhaust noise you get at higher the noise it is part of the fun, but also and this might sound silly, but check your pipes.
