Not necessarily strenuous exercise, but just having a walk in the open air helps me feel healthier .
Try to get some fresh air and exercise each day .
I hope this effect fades away over time.
Becoming a father reduced my productivity a lot.

Change in lifestyle....
Well folks got the news today, I have been diagnosed as a class 2 diabetic. Out of nowhere EISH.
The worst part being goodbuy choclates, sweets, cookies, condensed milk in coffee, all the lekker stuff. :'(

I am a old newbie...this is my second go around. It aggravates me to no end when I see posts that make WW sound like a diet or complain that they aren't losing enough weight.
If you are losing weight at all you should be happy. Any negative is a positive...

I got so feed up that i decided things need to change and i need to start from the very basis....
I found there was no end to it.

The most important thing are minimal
Inward changes are significant.
Converting I didn't change my lifestyle dramatically, I just had to adapt.
