Not necessarily strenuous exercise, but just having a walk in the open air helps me feel healthier .
Try to get some fresh air and exercise each day .
I hope this effect fades away over time.

What has been your biggest challenge/change you have had to make in your new lifestyle? Mine has to be simply eating something for breakfast EVERY morning. Haven't been a breakfast person EVER. I thought the daily exercise would win breakfast is toughest...

Cutting out fast food has been the hardest for me. At my peak weight my husband and I ate out 3 or 4 nights...

Change of my lifestyle has resulted so far in a 3.7kg weightloss in just under a week i know weigh 130.7kg. i know its mostly water.
I started this Monday 16/1/2012 weighing 134.4kg my wife threw everything out of the fridge/freezer cleared all cereal...
