Not necessarily strenuous exercise, but just having a walk in the open air helps me feel healthier .
Try to get some fresh air and exercise each day .
I hope this effect fades away over time.
Becoming a father reduced my productivity a lot.

Lethargy- it's starting to go, finally My biggest change is alcohol consumption and eating that huge a healthy lifestyle is mostly about....

There have been some rough nights, but overall it has paid off! For me the most difficult change is actually.
I got into the habit of eating horrible foods out of boxes, for example .
change is actually cooking.
So...I lost 70 pounds a few years ago, but have now gained 30 back. I am going to re-dedicate myself to a healthy lifestyle this year, and was wondering if anyone would want a weekly/monthly check in thread? You don't have to post your weight loss/goals...

I am a stress and will hopefully be able to say I had... .
Activity in my lifestyle is a priority! This would be awesome for accountability! I'd be happy to not only lose weight this year, but to change the way I think about food in general.

I was wondering why your insulin is attributed to your weight if you are a type 1.5 as per under your username (who if needing insulin - may well need it regardless of their weight), then I saw you say you are a T2 .
