I have swiss chard that came back up my first swiss chard last night! I must say that it was very good and tasted way better than that if you've got any recipes that call ....
I harvest mine when the leaves are large enough about 12 inches .

Ideas with swiss chard?
My swiss chard has gone crazy and I'm looking for new ideas - I've done a pasta sauce, and quiche, but there must be another way to cook it!:confused3 anything I could cook and freeze would be good, as DH says he only likes it...

I don't have any recipes that are strictly for use with swiss chard, but I know it can be used chard.

YMMV but for me it makes for better chard eating.
But the purpose of par-boiling the chard is to leach/neutralize some of the tannins from the chard.
